Troop 574 New Scouts - 2010
WELCOME to Troop 574 and an exciting year
ahead. Please take the time to register your son and yourself with the Troop for this
exciting year of Scouting.
The following items are
included in your registration packet. All forms except the Part B of the health form must be completely filled out
and returned with the appropriate fees to be registered.
This information is due to the Troop before your son can participate in any troop activities other than regular Troop meetings.
MOST of the forms below are in
Adobe pdf format where you can enter the data and SAVE it to your local
computer and then print (& sign). This will help speed up next year's
rechartering and save you time.

(Save Paper: Print pages 4-5) For adult leaders & to transport scouts
or Merit Badge counselors.

Merit Badge Counselor Information Form - For Merit Badge counselors (MUST include separate adult application).

Guide to Youth Protection Training - For Merit Badge Counselors, registered Adults to complete online training every 2 years.
Print the certificate from online training and submit.
