Troop 574 Recharter - 2008

 

Another Scouting year is drawing to a close, and our unit is due to recharter for another exciting year ahead.  Please take the time now to register your son and yourself for this exciting year of Scouting.

 

The following items are included in your registration packet.  All forms must be completely filled out and returned with the appropriate fees to be registered. This information is due to the Troop by February 4th.

 

  1. Recharter Cover Letter 

  2. Scout Personal Status Form

  3. Troop 574 Code of Conduct

  4. Code of Conduct signature page.  All Scouts and parents must sign for the 2008 recharter.

  5. Media Consent Form.  Parents must sign this for the 2008 rechartering year. 

  6. Class 1/2 Health Form – Update your medical and insurance information information.

  7. Class 3 Health Form -  For adults 40 and over and Scouts attending high-adventure camps.

  8. Adult Application -  For adult leaders and adults that transport scouts not already registered and for Merit  Badge counselor registration.

  9. Merit Badge Counselor Information Form -  For Merit Badge counselors (you must resubmit annually) with adult application.

  10. Guide to Youth Protection Training -  For Merit Badge Counselors and Adult Leaders to complete online training every 2 years.

 

Registration Fees:

Returning Scouts - $50

Returning Eagle Scouts - $22

Adults - $10

 

Please note that signatures on the Code of Conduct and Media Consent forms must be for the current year.
